April 30, 201412 yr They aren't taking anything against his will. The owners and the commissioner think he violated the league rules that he agreed to. You do that and you get da boot. Of course they're taking it against his will, unless I missed something where he said he wants to sell. It's just that it's legal. He's been suspended for life so he got booted already. As I said, I'm fine with it since he signed the agreement and I believe he's a lawyer or at the least had an army of lawyers when he bought so he knew what he was getting into.

Nobody in the government is taking anything of his, so this has nothing to do with communism... apart from the fact that the NBA owners have long engaged in their own brand of socialism to get public financing for arena projects. In fact, this is a group of private individuals who came together to form a deliberately non-competitive capitalist enterprise. One of them has violated a set of tenants to which they all agreed to and all of this is going to take place without the government getting involved at all. Sounds to me like the billionaires are sorting it out on their own... IT'S A LIBERTARIAN PARADISE.
