April 26, 201412 yr UK fans gave Tubby a rousing ovation at a football game last season & they'll do it again when his jersey is lifted to the rafters. Gillispie no doubt (and deservedly so). Sutton too, although I actually think people hate BCG more than Eddie. Pitino is actually hated maybe more than all of them. While this may have been true 10, maybe even 5, years ago, I think the "hate" for Ricky has subsided. Cal's dominance of him has cooled the collective heels IMHO.

Chapman is my second favorite of all-time. And I love Padgett & Prince too. Ford was grossly overrated & couldn't do anything when Mashburn was gone. And he's a jerk too. Sparks was a slow, unathletic, inconsistent shooting, 5'10" white guy...and he played the 2. :no: Didn't even average double figures his senior year.

There are definitely some irrational Duke fans that I have seen over there. That can't be, Jim Schue has been telling us for years that Duke fans couldn't care less about Kentucky
