But what does that have to do with "hating" a UK player?

 

I feel like if WCS and Dakari underachieve and UK suffers at the same time they'll catch the blame like Westbrook does when OKC loses. Not saying it is fair or warranted but someone will have to be blamed and whichever players are underachieving will suffer.

 

Everybody liked Joker until he sucked.

As I said previously it takes some kids longer to get into the "liked" category. UK fans were unfair to the twins in their vitriol. I just refuse to believe any player is hated.

UK fans gave Tubby a rousing ovation at a football game last season & they'll do it again when his jersey is lifted to the rafters.

 

Gillispie no doubt (and deservedly so). Sutton too, although I actually think people hate BCG more than Eddie.

 

Pitino is actually hated maybe more than all of them.

Sean Sutton & Saul Smith are the two least popular UK players of my lifetime IMO. They're not my top 2, but I think they are the BBN's top 2.
