I'll admit I'm not a Cardinal fan and I don't keep up with them. With the talk of it being the end of an era with this group of kids leaving I was wondering, what do they have coming back and coming in next season?

If Harrell goes pro as expected, there's not much coming back in the frontcourt at all: Mathiang, Agau... I guess that's about it.

 

In the backcourt, Jones, Rozier and Blackshear are the primary returners. Anton Gill will see a lot more time as well.

 

I don't really follow recruiting much at all, so apart from the names and positions, I don't know much about the incoming: PG Quentin Snider, SF Shaqquan Aaron, PF Jaylen Johnson, C Chinanu Onawaku, C Mats Stockman.

 

First year in the ACC could look a lot like the first year in the Big East.

I think Mathiang will be solid in the post. The team's success would seem to be determined by Jones and Rozier. I don't look for UL to be as succesful as they've been these past two seasons, but neither do I believe they will go to the crapper.

As long as Pitino is there, I'm sure they will be fine. Rozier seems to show a lot of promise.

Pitino said in his presser he told Trez that if he's Top 16 or 17 he should consider going in the draft. If not, come back and work on becoming top six or seven for next years draft.

I really don't understand that at all, and this isn't about Pitino, but any coach really. Seems to me, if you've got the player's interests at heart, if they're told they're a first round pick, you tell them to take the money and run.
