March 23, 201412 yr I wanted Kansas so this one hurt badly as far as my bracket went. All in all the better team won this one.
March 23, 201412 yr If UK loses Cal will get crucified for recruiting one and dines. Self and K skate. Maybe Cal will visit to winning teams locker room and become the media's darling You are 100% correct...Cal will get crucified by media and by "So Called" and unrealistic UK fans!
March 23, 201412 yr Embiid would have made a difference in this game. Too bad he wasn't healthy- we didn't get to see KU at their best. Wiggins' game suits the NBA better, but not if he plays passive like he did today. He has Marvin Williams written all over him at the next level, IMO.

Super athlete, tons of talent, just doesn't have that extra gear mentally.

March 23, 201412 yr Johnny Dawkins taking Stanford to the Sweet 16. Doing better than Coach K. Fire K, hire Dawkins.

March 23, 201412 yr Wiggins played horrendous in this game, allowing Stanford to bother him all game long! Stanford is fundamentally sound and gritty when it comes right now to it.
March 24, 201412 yr How do you allow Andrew Wiggins to only take 6 shots in a loss? Shouldn't Self at some point called a time out and said "We're giving the ball to 22!" And let that be the offense for awhile? I saw that happen a few times today. Usually resulted in a turnover or bad miss.
March 24, 201412 yr Long drive heading back home for the State of Kansas basketball fans this weekend with Kansas, Kansas St., and Witchia State going down in St. Louis.
