Watched it online. Poorest defensive effort I have seen out of CCH all year. If they don't play a whole lot better tomorrow they will loose. Lucky they won with how they played. Bo Shuh might commit some of the most foolish fouls I have ever seen. When will he ever learn?

If the link to stats isn't posted before I get some White Castle and hit the house I'll post them later.

Covington Catholic has a road to the finals paved in gold. The only way they don't get there is if they beat themselves.

Judging from Bardstown's game today....tomorrow night isn't going to be paved in gold for the Colonels.

You think the team that beat PRP will be easier than Clay County?

PRP was missing their stud. So, yeah, I'd rather face them than PRP with their stud back. No brainer. Doh!

Don't stop...believin!

.....that DQ is still open! :lol2:

The Colonels were roughly a 14 point favorite over Clay County, if you use the power rankings of either the Litkenhaus or Cantrall Ratings. They will be a double digit favorite over any of the remaining teams in the bottom half of the bracket.

Cantrell's ratings didn't have much impact on the outcome of the McCracken/Wayne County game.

PRP was without Lamontray Harris who was the 6th Region Player of the Year. He had to sit out two games for getting two technicals in the semifinals of the 6th Region Tournament.

Upsets do happen but the Colonels are a double digit favorite until the finals. They could not ask for an easier path to the finals. The only obstacle was PRP and they had to play without their best player and got beat today.

thanks for the updates, fellas.

Make sure you get some ice on those thumbs tonight. Would hate for you to strain something before you get to the championship game. :lol2:

Is this a prediction thread or What? Lets talk about the game.

Congrats to the Colonels. Outside of some silly 1st half turnovers the Colonels showed a ton of maturity making 2nd half adjustments. They were stroking the 3 ball all Night. CVH is a tough Kid who came alive in the 2nd half asserting himself more. Ruthsatz just gets it done, he has streetball moves and leads this Team like a SR should.

Farmer has a great shot and also passes well. McDaniel was really good tonight, Kid has a bright future.
