The technician told me after running all the tests there was someting blocking the signal probably caused by the cold. She asked if I could get to it and I said I couldn't because it is twenty feet off the ground on the roof. She then said and I swear because I couldn't make it up...."can you throw a snowball and hit it, some people say that works.":ohbrother: Needless to say, it will have to get warmer to see if that is it, which it probably is. January 7, 201412 yr Did you reset them? Yes, we went through everything. They couldn't get anyone here until Thursday, so if it gets warm enough to melt it, she says it will probably be fine. We'll see.
