But they go from 2-3 inches of snow to no accumulation and blame it on the wind or something like that.

You want them suspended for a day or something? Last I saw was no snow till overnight so they aren't wrong yet. :idunno:

I think they should be held responsible for over-hyping threats of bad weather to drive up their ratings and have people scurrying to their basements like lemmings.

Weather forecasters suck. With the technology we have today we don't need them. My iPhone tells me all I need to know about the weather. It is incredibly accurate and is all I use to know what is going on. I don't pay attention to those guys anymore. All they do is make people call off school for no damn reason.

I think a lot of it is due to overreaction of viewers. I swear Bowling Green grocery stores run out of bread, milk, eggs, water, etc. every time some kind of severe weather is predicted.
