If he stays it means he was being honest. I don't have a problem with with how Strong is handling anything. I don't see how anyone can. He didn't leak anything. He probably wants to talk it over with his family and adminstration first. I don't think I'd trust my private thoughts not to be leaked with college students.

January 4, 201412 yr Rumors are swriling again that Al Golden is taking the PSU job. Is Strong holding out for Miami? I think he's crazy if he is, even if it's a heck of a fit I wouldn't; the fit is one of, if not the most important things in overall success.
January 4, 201412 yr That may be the case, but he's not being straight up to his team or staff behind the scenes. In nearly all reality, I don't believe most coaches will be.
January 4, 201412 yr I was just asking a question. Seemed like a logical one. It definitely is, especially if being based on the money that Texas has. Between everything from the connections that he has in South Florida to the weather and money (which still wouldn't be too shabby) is the reason I think this. I really believe that public relations is a necessary thing to be a head coach anywhere now; just don't know if he is ready for the expectation level of public relations and much more that's related in Austin.
