I'm with you. No way these rankings are better than what BGP puts out. Wayne County, Covington Catholic aren't top 10 teams yet. Knott County isn't top 5 and neither is NCC. Graves County isn't 11. Lafayette is top 5-7 in the state. Lincoln County lost to Lexington Catholic but are ranked higher than them? Yeah that makes sense. Henderson County 17? False. Iroquois? Bullitt East 21 and Warren Central is 25?

 

 

This poll is horrible and does nothing to add credibility to their national rankings. Just like football.

No because Male is really good when they get things pulled together. They'll be in your top 25 by the end of the season. Ballard is the best team in the state and I'm not sure it's even close right now.

Actually was a tie game with about 4 to go. It would have been very interesting to see what would have happened if Spalding played the second half. Ballard played a little looser on both offense and defense after he went out at half.

Agreed. People didn't give up on the game until there was about a minute and a half left in the game and Trinity had to resort to fouling. It was a close game for about 95% of the game.

Agreed. They were almost crowned state champs when they went up 10 on Ballard in the second quarter.

Unfortunate luck for Trinity. I wonder how the game might have turned out if Spalding, lets say bumped heads with Martin and they both were out?
