I don't. Feel bad for the SK kids and parents. Expectations were raised and now the letdown.

Powell had 68 yards rushing in the first half and then 1 carry in the 2nd half. Kuntz rushed for about 100 yards.

 

Was such a weird game to watch offensively. SK had no rhythm yet they moved the ball easily. It was as though they were trying to control the game with the run in the first. Then went to the pass more in the second but completely away from the rush for the most part. It was awkward to watch really.

Interesting....so they beat SK with their star players backup! Do we see an all Louisville 6A championship?

On kick offs SK wouldn't kick to their returner. SK punted to them though. Butler only completed 3 or 4 passes.

You were doing so well with your comments until this point. If it were the NLCS then your statement could be tested. Take the loss and root for the rest NKY and realize you should have been a little more throughout the year.

Someone stated in the prediction thread that Butler was too fast for SK on defense and SK wouldn't be able to have the success they were used to with Kuntz running around as much as he has been. It sounds like they nailed that on the head. Without SK being as succesful passing it sounds like Butler just wore them down in the end.

 

To hear that Collins is better than Butler only tells me that SK would of had trouble no matter who they played heading into the regionals. Hats off to SK and best of luck to Kuntz after a great HS career.

 

6A title this year is anybody's guess, I'm sticking with Male I believe.
