they are, but I have seen both teams play up close and thought on a good night, DeSales was two touchdowns better. I guess I was wrong.

This really put DeSales in a tough playoff position. They would have to win AT Glasgow in the second round, AT CAL in the third round, and AT Caldwell in the semis (assuming chalk holds). Huge win for CAL and big long-term loss for DeSales.

I was looking at that. Bardstown really should beat Green County in round 1, so shouldn't Bardstown (3 seed) play Glasgow (1 seed) in the 2nd round? That would give Desales a 2nd round rematch with CAL.

The 2 seed from one district plays on the same side as the one seed from the other district. So DeSales would play Glasgow in the second round. In your scenario Green County would meet CAL in the second game.
