I would say this is true. If a thread gets to 200+ posts without a definitive answer to the topic, it has run it's course. It should never have gotten past one page.

It doesn't mean they are better...So I guess Mayfield is better than St. X? Your logic makes zero sense. Just because a team has a better record and wins a state title it doesn't make them automatically better..

It is impossible to ever prove who is better when all teams don't play each other. So would I rather have 3 state championship rings or none but the comfort of knowing an overaged guy on the stands proclaims it played on the better team with nothing to show for it? Hmmmm tough question....Not lol

These are N. Ky. state titles besides the "big 4" (Highlands, Beechwood, NCC, CCH):

 

Bellevue - 1A 1977, 1979

Lloyd - 1A 1965; 3A 1976

Dayton - 1A 1966

Ludlow - 1A 1975

Conner - 3A 1983

 

If the thread still has no CCH explanation and needs to be bumped again, I will throw out a couple state championship trivia questions for everyone. If CCH fans want this thread to go away, get us an answer ... a real answer (hint - injuries are not the real answer).

Outside of Coach Wirth's office, I'm not sure anyone knows why. The players definitely don't, nor the parents.
