Colerain (OH) 42 Trinity 28

Featured Replies

Trinity is feeling the loss of at least 7 seniors from last year who are now on BCS teams. I have faith in the coaches. The Rocks will get there by season's end.

Who is better? I don't follow Ohio football except reading the stuff in the local papers in Greater Cincinnati. Colerain appears to be the best in this area which usually means they will contend.

St. Ignatius from Cleveland is always tough and as Moeller showed last year any of the GCL can get hot. As for now, I think Colerain is the team to beat and it's not much of a debate.

1-3 start for the Rocks. Not unexpected as Colerain probably best team the rocks will see all year.

T just isn't the T we grew accustomed to the last couple years.

Not sure why anyone would be surprised by this. Rock fans indicated such in the pre-season. The last few years were the "perfect storm" of incredible talent all there at the same time. We all acknowledged it would be possible to be without a win or with a losing record before we began district play.

Here is a question for the T fans: how does this year's Colerain team compare to the other OH, IN and TN teams Trinity has played against the last few years?

These aren't cupcakes that they are losing to. Ensworth and Colerain are GREAT teams this year! T has nothing to hang their heads about. They played hard and fought to the end, that's all you can ask from your players.

I would like to hear the opinion of the T fans and ask if Ensworth and Colerain would play, who would win. Yes, I know I could compare scores, but I don't like doing that.

Personal opinion is that Colerain is the best team the Rocks have played this year.

None of them ran the same offense. The Cardinals are talented at what they do.

I like Ensworth in a close game.

The best team I have watched this year in the Ohio D-1 is Lakewood St Ed.

St Ed is impressive if they blow Elder out next week, then there in a league of their own. I still think Colerain can play with them on any night.
