If Alabama doesn't show any more offense than it did against V-Tech then Texas A&M will win by 14. I hope it is the other way but I'm really worried.

 

People keep dismissing how bad Alabama looked as the #1 team a couple weeks ago. Sometimes it is a good thing to get that extra week to regroup, but other times it is best to get on the field to get some of those kinks worked out.

I haven't seen it at 9, but I do see it has moved between 7 and 8.5 (currently at 7.5). At one book I subscribe to, the wagers are 53% laying the points and 47% taking them. The most surprising number to me is the O/U at 62. Only 51% are taking the under....shocking to me.

Considering the way A&M has been defensively the past two weeks, it's going to need to get much better and I don't see it being significantly better in a week's time. If Alabama comes and ready to play, especially on defense, I think A&M could be in trouble.

Here's to hoping Bama shuts up Manziel.

Early money was on Bama, then swung to A&M, but now trending back towards the Tide. I'm not sure what to expect. I am rooting for a Manziel show but just hope it's a good game.
