Sub Station II in Ft Wright isn't bad at all. I have always had a good sub there.

Thank you. I am glad to hear I am not the only one with these thoughts on Jimmy Johns. It seems to me that one of the big attractions for the JJ fans is their delivery. I'm thinking the JJ fans love someone helping them out with their late night munchies, and anything that shows up tastes excellent. :hungry: :)

I normally get mine during the day and still enjoy it. :)

My fave sandwich shop is STILL Milano's in Dayton by UD. Cold turkey sub rocks.

My roommate got a delivery to his window one night. Lol

See thats what I'm talking about!

Now all anyone needs is a taco place who delivers......

Ever been to a Wa Wa?

Not yet, but I've got a stack of coupons given out by the Clearwater Threshers for Wa Wa hoagies. The only store close to me, at the moment, is up on 30th Street in Tampa, just south of the USF campus. We may try that place before an on-campus event, soon.

I was shocked on my first visit. Thougt I was going to a basic convenient store. The person that took me called it a 7-11 on steroids.

If you are looking for something spicy, I strongly recommend Firehouse Subs.

Grabbed a sandwich from Jimmy John's last night on the way home from the daughter's soccer game. It was the best one I've had to date. Generally, I've always had 3 times more lettuce than meat, which has led me to call their sandwiches a chef salad on a roll. However, the sandwich had the most meat I've ever had and very little lettuce. Still not nearly as good as Jersey Mike's, but it hit the spot.

Jersey Mikes, then JJ, then Penn Station. Quiznos is disgusting

We're attending the Wisconsin/USF men's soccer match Thursday night. Going go early to eat a Wa Wa's, before game time. Will use my $1 off coupons then.

Finally got over to WaWa's on the way to the soccer match tonight. I had an Italian Shorti Hoagie. Mrs. S had one of those new Deli Sandwiches on rye. Both were amazing. The bread is exceptional and they don't skimp on the meat.

Can I say I told you so? Not what you expect when you pull into the store loaded with gas pumps.

The best ever is a place I ate at in Nashville called Which Wich. Now they are opening one on Mall Rd in Florence. Can't wait!!!

I finally tried the one in Florence today. It was very good. I'll definitely go back.

ARRGGHHHH....Wa Wa brings back some really bad memories. Got a hoagie from there on a Sunday night after returning from a baseball road trip in college. Went to bed and woke up completely delirious suffering from food poisoning. Spent 4 days in the infirmary, lost 15 lbs and ended up losing 2 weeks of my sophomore season. I stop in WaWa for quick drinks or snacks when I'm home, but even after over 20 years, will never ever eat from their deli.

Which wich is the absolute best hands down no one comes close.
