I would have never guessed Mesoraco has a higher OPS than Phillips.

In a DH you always go for the win in your 1st game. 2nd game can be up for interpretation. Izturis had to get some PT sometime soon since he hadn't played really played for a week and a half. After they won the first Dusty could afford to move some guys around. If they lost the 1st game, I believe the lineup would have been a little different.
