For those that don't know, I have purchased LRCW shares of the Reds and will be taking over controlling interest in the team. With that said I want to put my full support into BGP nation and that together we can get this team into the playoffs, but to the world series.

 

I want everyone to know that I put my full support behind Spindoc as manger of this team and know that we are headed on the right path. I can already see the improvements in this team with nkuclubbasebal19 as hitting coach, keep up the good work.

 

Gametime as always continues to do great things with are media relations and promotions and am thankful to have him on board.

 

 

 

With all that said, we have a tough road trip ahead of us, we all know how these west coast trips are, and throw in a double header in San Fran and its even more of a challenge. We need to win every series, even a sweep or two would be nice, everything leads into the Cardinals series in August.

I wonder how much input the Reds had in deciding which day in SF to make up the rainout. The reason I say this is that it seems to me that today is the worst of the days to do it. Yes I know the team flew in last night but to fly cross country and then play two the next day seems a bit much.

The Reds will be on the west coast for the rest of July (11 games). Hopefully they'll finish slightly above .500. I think they can make a lot of noise in August.

I think August could be a big month for the Reds.

I never, ever thought I would have empathy for the Muslims in Egypt, but today I do. This is the worst day in BGP Reds thread history IMO. I am hoping for commissioner action ASAP to override any action by this self declared owner.

Reds interested in Micheal Young per SI. Who would they give up for him, Frazier? or do you give up pitching and put Frazier in left? Would Young be a good pick up?
