Louisville 85 Duke 63

Yep, it is a good thing that 2012 UK wasn't on the court against this UL team today...

You're right. For Louisville. Take this win and possible championship for what it's worth and be happy.

He missed a year as a medical red shirt.

SVT will be back next year. Did not go through senior day.

I think Dieng is for sure gone, I could see Russ leaving too. He's played an excellent tournament, but idk how he's "projected" on the next level. This is basically "The Year" for UL. It's now or a continuance of the drought.

Might be more talented in the backcourt next year, but will lack experience. Chris Jones and Terry Rozier can go...

What a second half romp but UL. Their quickness at the guard position made Duke look silly. On one possession during the Siva run of points he blew past Curry and Plumlee didn't even make an attempt to alter the shot. It's hard for me to see them losing in the Final Four.

Just saw that with today's game, Louisville's field goal percentage through the regional round is the highest for any Louisville team in the 3 point era on a four game stretch. Incredible how much this team has improved in their offensive efficiency.

Since the 3 game losing streak UL has won 17 of 18 with the only loss being the 5 OT game against ND. 14 of the 17 wins have been by at least double digits. In the Big East. No dominant team this year? I beg to differ...

Beat down after it was 42 all.

Coach K has to hate seeing a team from Kentucky in the Elite 8.

I really have paid much attention to Louisville that much this year. Who do they have coming back? With them moving to the ACC I see this taking over the Duke/Maryland rivalry. Duke loses 3 seniors but gains some good players with Hood and Parker. Looking forward to being a great rivalry.

Great game from Louisville, and congrats to their fans.

Unless something has changed or will change, UofL doesn't join the ACC until the 2014/15 academic school year. So the rivalry will have to wait a year.

He was especially gracious and complimentary in the post game. He and Pitino have a good relationship, apparently.

Coach K has always been gracious and complimentary both after a win, or a tough defeat IMO. I respect that about him.

I was just pointing out that he's now 11-2 in Elite 8 games with both losses coming against Kentucky schools.

Isn't Jurich up for AD of the year?

Does a Sugar Bowl win, Women's upset of #1 and back to back Final Fours lock that in?

Would have to think they're in good shape for the Capital One standings.
