"Alexander and his wife, Valerie, have a 6-month-old daughter they named -- honest -- Trinity. "

Now that's kinda funny, don't you think.

Really??? Now that is cool :ylsuper:

I love Owen, but that game proved once again that coaching is a major part of the game. That game also proved that one super star will not beat a team of well coached, better than average athletes. Add Alexander to the list of superstars that did not win state, along with Couch and Micah Johnson just to name a couple. Others?

There first daughter is named Heaven. Don't know the middle names. If I had a girl her name was going to be Crimson Ann. Momma said "NO".

How many times did Boone pass that game?

From what I remember there were three passes...

1 - incompletion

2 - screen pass to Meaney

3 - HB pass from Alexander, that was picked off by Matt Janes.

Tough to say, "Nah, nah nah, na nah nah I have a state championship and you don't." At least it is now.

I don't think anyone wants to. I'm a Seahawk fan now. I hope he has a great game and a big win.

The Steelers will have the last laugh in this championship game.

^ I was also wondering if old Ricko was trying to make up for the September article..... kissy... kissy... it's all better now???? Perhaps enough time has passed to get the egg off his face.

Guess where this years state champs were when you 94 Rocks were beating Mr. A & company????

First grade

^ don't be so sure...many of us knew that we would never play pro ball...we got CLOSURE they way we wanted to our high school careers...I had a blast that game...

I'm sure Shaun would let you all have a million state rings for this super bowl.

First grade

RP I have a question for you. All I hear about is how great the Trinity RB was that season. But if Shaun played for you all, how good do you think Trinity would have been?

^ well we had 3 good backs in Corey Taylor, Shaun Johnson, and Phil Edge...they were great for our veer set. We would have to have changed our running style to accomodate Shawn ALEXANDER's patient style. We were a quick hitter type of offense.

I'm sure Shaun would let you all have a million state rings for this super bowl.

Probably so, but I do remember he refused to talk to anyone after the game. No media, not a word.

I hope he does win. He seems to lead a great life and is respectful of all those around him.

I believe a Seahawks victory will mean a Super Bowl ring for broadcaster Steve Raible, Trinity's first NFL player!

I'm gonna nose around to some people I know about the name thing and see if I can find out if it was a coincedence or what. I do know that he is one the classiest people you would ever want to meet and always has been. It wouldn't surprise me if it was connected to his high school days.
