February 6, 201313 yr Wow! Double wow! A few months ago there was not even a chance that Hatcher would even consider UK, that was just pretty much unfathomable. Stoops and crew getting it done! Hate they missed out on Quick, but 2/3's not bad. Also glad to see these three in state talents stay home and play ball, great thing for UL and UK.

February 6, 201313 yr Is it possible that OSU backed away because they wanted an earlier commitment from Timmons and/or were concerned he would eventually choose UK, so they went in another direction? It is certainly possible. OSU did not do a good job of recruiting Timmons, they were always flirting with him. Near the end he got an offer and OSU would have taken an immediate commit but once the Oregon RB became available Timmons went back to the back of the line. Meanwhile, Stoops came in and showed Timmons all the love possible and made him priority, OSU was aware of this but wanted the Oregon RB who they got. I would have gone to UK as well if I were Timmons. There was never a doubt in my mind over the past week.
February 6, 201313 yr Who really cares who picked who over who? Even if he didn't pick UK over OSU, he still picked them over the Gators. Fact of the matter is Timmons is a good talent and he's playing his football in Lexington. Please don't poop on our parade with these petty details.

February 6, 201313 yr I saw on Twitter that he said UK is on the list. I don't do much "twitting" I've only looked at ESPN,rivals etc. Granted, I don't know "who" is reliable. Any knuckle dragging, mouth breather can have a twitter account and claim to have a source. While I'm sure their are plenty in the "know", I don't have a clue who to follow on twitter
