Meatloaf, smeatloaf, double beatloaf. I hate meatloaf!

Meatloaf, chili and homemade chicken noodle soup are three of my leftover favorites.

Chili is the king of left overs but all soups seem to be better the next day. I sometimes wonder if it is because more water has evaporated during the reheating so the taste is more concentrated?

 

I am told aging beef tastes better because some of the water in the meat evaporates giving the meat a more concentrated flavor.

Thanksgiving dinner. I love the leftovers the next day and really the rest of the weekend because we always have to much food and most of my family doesn't care to take it with them. Turkey for days!

 

Thanksgiving leftovers did me well this year. Had turkey/dressing/gravy S.O.S. for dinner last night, and a cold turkey sandwich with swiss cheese and horseradish sauce on wheat for lunch today. Magnificent.

I prefer cold pizza to fresh pizza most days.

This pork tenderloin I smoked about two weeks ago has teamed up with some Amish honey ham from the country store in Harrodsburg to make a yummy Cuban sandwich.

Me too. My girlfriend hates it.

I like cold coneys not fridge cold but room temp. I would get the box whatever it is called from Gold Star eat half of them before watching a football game leave the box sitting on the table then eat the other half after the game.

Not cold leftovers, but we just made some potato pancakes out of leftover mashed taters from thanksgiving.

Cold pizza.

Cold chicken wings.

Cold chili.

Cold chili-mac.

Cold spaghetti.
