bugatti
How important are endorsements? Will Powell's endorsement sway anyone from voting one way or the other?

PurplePride92
How important are endorsements? Will Powell's endorsement sway anyone from voting one way or the other? I think it could. Powell is someone who is respected and admired amongst both parties. I think that as easy as it was for some to choose Romney after the first debate the same could be said for those who choose Obama because of Powell's endorsement. 75center
I doubt if endorsements make anyone change their vote but when added to other factors they can be a boost. This one is certainly a boost to Obama.
2 Humped Camel
This isn't anywhere near as important as the Hugo Chavez endorsement.

PurplePride92
McCain with some strong words for Powell in that article. No doubt. Too bad he managed to run a bad campaign in 2008. We might be blaming him for all of this mess instead of Obama.
