Powell is someone who is respected and admired amongst both parties. I think that as easy as it was for some to choose Romney after the first debate the same could be said for those who choose Obama because of Powell's endorsement.
October 25, 201213 yr I doubt if endorsements make anyone change their vote but when added to other factors they can be a boost. This one is certainly a boost to Obama.
