He played against Manual for about 5-6 touches. He looked good adjusting to knee brace during that game, and has been looking better and better at practice

 

The time off has done him good. Expect he will be close to 100% soon.... Probably play with brace on next week

Lets see...49 against Dutch Fork, 31 on Bowling Green, 27 on Moeller.

 

Compared to last year when they scored 7 against Riverdale, 20 against Bowling Green, and 10 against Moeller. So based off numbers this years offense is better than last years.

Lou X has tried to open the playbook. They had to to even think of having a chance to win state. This will be a test though with a bonafide defense across the line. So many times I have seen Lou X think big but clam up when crunch time came. They really have nothing to lose in this game... so go for it! Cincy St. X is a well coached team and if they HAVE to have the win then I think that gives them the decided edge. Say, 28-20 Bombers.

I agree Xgrad, in the past X has had the ability to be a much more balanced offense, but when they get in big i.e. Trinity...then tend to be very simple. When they play teams they "know" they can beat that is when they open it up.
