With a loss I think they are out. With a win they need some help. One help would be Mo beating T.

Bye Bye Cincy X sorry. :jump:

Any one making the trip?

Why does losing to an out of state team affect their playoff hopes?

Because in Ohio the results of all games are used in the points system they use to decide who gets in the playoffs and how the playoffs are seeded, even out of state teams. They don't use a district system like KY does.

As another illustration, if Moeller beats Trinity tomorrow they get a higher seed and home game in the first round of the playoffs. If they lose they travel.

I think OH playoff system is based off points...regardless of instate or out of state each team they play gets some kind of numerical value.

Have a fun trip. Please tell the coach to not clam up and run a balanced offense. He is running short on time. I'll be listening!

Good luck Tigers!
