The tigers played the same style ball last year as a matter of fact passed the ball less, and beat Cincy X. Also since the T game, Lou X has been becoming more balanced.

It wasn't their offense that won that game either. The defense scored the only TD of the game.

I made reference to Mattingly being detrimental in that game. Regardless he stated Cincy would win b/c of an anemic Lou X offense, and Lou X offense was worse last year and they won that game is all i was saying.

I predict that X wins !!

And I predict that X loses!!

Well Cincy X lost to St. Iggy today. So they are in a must win sitution as they have to win to be in a position to make the playoffs. So this is going be a good one. My perdiction- X wins in a tough one

No wait, I think I change my mind- X will lose in a tough one

You do realize that both team names are X, right?

And I disagree. Based on the Lou. X games that I have seen (and the number is limited) last years team had a better offense then this years team.

 rotfl. You can't be serious. Last year we couldn't score a point to save our life? Can you tell me what games you have seen?

Only 1, the Trinity game as I stated earlier in this thread.

Who else has Lou. X played, that plays legitimate defense (Doss and Fern Creek don't count) that they have scored bunches of points on and more to the point by passing? In fact I would be willing to go so far as to say that X may have scored more points against this years versions of opponents but are this years versions of opponents as good as last years? Trinity isn't.

They scored 27 against Moeller and 49 against Dutch Fork(Sc) at the least.

That's fine. I admire the fact that you have so much faith in your beloved Tigers considering recent performances (since the infamous hat tip in Bowling Green). Based solely on what I have seen I'm not convinced. Sorry if that upsets you.

I still maintain that just because the Tigers are throwing the ball a few more times this year you can't suddenly christen them a balanced offense. If there is someone who doesn't have the Tiger blinders on that disagrees I'll be happy to entertain suggestions of why I am wrong.

And FWIW I'm one Trinity fan that doesn't consider it a lock if LouX and the Rocks play again in round 3. This years Trinity team is not as good as last year (yet).

I'll take X and the points! :thumb:

Seriously, Cincy is going to be tough to beat at home with their season on the line.

Lets see...49 against Dutch Fork, 31 on Bowling Green, 27 on Moeller.

Compared to last year when they scored 7 against Riverdale, 20 against Bowling Green, and 10 against Moeller. So based off numbers this years offense is better than last years.

Will this game be streamed online anywhere?
