I'll say this....If she asked for an attorney and they asked her even one question after that, they're idiots.

 

If they didn't ask a single question after she asked for a lawyer, I'd imagine the video will be okay. But if they asked her even one question related to the crime, I'd imagine anything she said after that would have to be thrown out.

Trial was originally re-scheduled for March, and then on February 13th it was pushed back yet again. Currently scheduled for April 3. We'll see whether that happens or if the Campbell County Courts kick the can on down the road for another 10 or 12 months.

She was lucky to get a second trial that she did not deserve. This is what she focuses on now? Sure seems to reinforce the nut job girlfriend image that got her convicted in the first place. This girl does herself no favors. I bet her attorney is secretly cringing.

 

I feel so badly for Ryan Poston’s family. Being manipulated by the likes of her adds insult to such a grievous injury.
