This weekend should be interesting, I think the Bucks are close to offering a QB for 2014 and are down to Barker and another kid. Not feeling good vibes with Drew, probably missed his window but guess we will see what happens.

I'm not putting any words into Drew's mouth here when I say this.

 

Classic example of the challenge of recruiting. School has their #1 choice and waits and waits and waits. Doesn't get him. Now their #2 is being shown a lot of love elsewhere and he's no longer smitten with you. Gamble taken. Gamble lost in this case for the Bucks.

 

Of course, UK and/or SC will be in that position as well since they're both waiting out for their #1.

I think after the Watson situation, the Bucks really needed to offer a kid that they felt would give them a commit. Allen was that guy, especially noting the relationship with Allen's father and UM. Should make the Friday E11 that much more interesting.

I tend to agree but feel Harris would be a quicker commit. It will all work out and good luck to Drew.
