September 28, 201213 yr I have a cousin who is a cop in Owensboro. Several years ago he and another officer had to shoot 3 pit bulls. There was a forth one that just about broke down the front door of the house trying to get back in. They were responding to a call about the dogs attacking a bug spray guy.
September 28, 201213 yr Good shot. The other dog must be pretty bright. Bailed once the lead started flying. Hate it, but my guess is that wasn't the first time it happened with that dog and an attack. Only this time the attacked bit back.
September 28, 201213 yr I have zero issue with this. The dogs paid the price for their stupid owner. I have to agree. I work with shelters and rescues to help change the perception of Pit Bulls...unfortunately, there are stupid people drawn to them for the wrong reasons and the dogs and the breed suffers.

September 28, 201213 yr I'm as big of a dog lover as you can find. I have zero problem with this. And this is more the owners fault than the police.
