I've had an iPhone 3G and an iPhone 4. I've never had any issues with mine.

 

I don't know anyone who has a droid to compare it to, but since I've never had an issue there's nothing to compare.

 

As for the iPhones customization, as far as I know it is $free.99 to jailbreak them. So not sure what you are talking about regarding it being expensive.

 

Once you jailbreak it, what happens if you have an issue? One of my friends was refused service on his phone after jailbreaking his. I don't have any idea other than his experience though. And the same might be true for rooted Droids. But some of the IT guys I work with have rooted Droids. I'll ask them.

You restore it to default and go to the Apple Store and they have no idea it was ever jailbroken. I understand this wont always work, but if you can still operate the phone you should be able to do this.

i had a 3gS and switched to a high end droid. I wanted to go back to the iphone within days. My droid has been buggy from the start and everyone I know that had an iPhone and switched to Droid shares the same feelings. It's my experience that everyone who is a Droid person has not actually had an iPhone.

 

And the iPhone and iPod shuffle are my only apple products.

Truth. I jailbroke mine and restored it to its original settings as soon as I heard about this update.

I have had an iphone for a few months after having a blackberry and that was like switching from a yugo to a caddy.

 

I am satisfied with the iphone but I haven't scratched the surface of its capabilities. I have no music on it, I use it for a phone and I surf BGP, facebook and KHSAA and I play words with friends. Other than that I use it quite a bit for email and sometimes for texting but not a great deal. I do use my iphone's camera pretty often.

 

I have no idea about the droids, but I have zero complaints about the iphone 4s.

 

And I have used siri a total of maybe 10 times and she annoys me. I do have bluetooth hands free control of my phone through Ford's sync system so I really don't need siri's help much anyway.

Photo stream is awesome!!!!! Everyone needs an iPhone. Photo stream is the best way to send multiple pictures.

You can send multiple pictures at once really fast. All you need is that person in your contacts and their email address. I sent a picture to Hammer earlier.

I had an iPod classic for years and would carry it around along with my phone, then got an iPhone 3G and didn't use the iPod anymore. Now I have an iPhone 4, ipad2, and month old MacBook Pro. I would never consider Mac computers for years because of my stats software, but now run it on Mac using parallels ( windows Xp). I also have gotten an Apple TV and Bluetooth keyboard and trackpad. Makes those late Friday nights uploading 2 angles of video and intercutting a breeze when doing it from comfort of the recliner and viewing on the big screen.

I will be getting the iPhone 5 when you can just walk in Best buy and get it that day. Hopefully wont take more than a few weeks.
