September 18, 201214 yr The funny thing is that as soon as the regular refs are back there will be a play that they kick and then someone will be saying, "Geez! The replacement refs were better than that!":thumb:
September 23, 201214 yr Heyward Bey knocked out from an illegal hit. Nothing called. Putting him on the stretcher now. Absolute blown call on a very dangerous hit
September 23, 201214 yr Author Heyward Bey knocked out from an illegal hit. Nothing called. Putting him on the stretcher now. Absolute blown call on a very dangerous hit Horrible no call. Ref just stood there, pitiful.
September 24, 201214 yr Watching the Ravens/Pats. Just awful officiating so far. There's no control and 6 skirmishes already.
September 24, 201214 yr Giving SF two challenges after they were out of time outs isn't a good look. The ref throwing his hat at a Dallas receiver in the end zone causing him to slip on the hat is a worse look. Keep being you though owners.
September 25, 201214 yr Okay- the Seattle vs. Green Bay game is the first time these replacement refs cost a team a game. It was a complete fiasco! Seriously, now. This is a joke!
September 25, 201214 yr Okay- the Seattle vs. Green Bay game is the first time these replacement refs cost a team a game. It was a complete fiasco! Seriously, now. This is a joke! Disagree. It's just the first time it was the last play of a game making it all the more glaring. GB got extremely lucky on their last TD drive on some calls by the refs too.
September 26, 201214 yr Okay- the Seattle vs. Green Bay game is the first time these replacement refs cost a team a game. It was a complete fiasco! Seriously, now. This is a joke! I heard on offensive lineman from Green Bay going on the radio today talking about how "these refs" are causing the NFL to be an "inferior product" ...WHAT? This from a guy whose responsible for giving up 8 FIRST HALF sacks on his QB! How about someone from the losing team taking responsibility for not being able to get the ball in the end zone on three separate occasions...how about taking responsibility for a roughing the passer penalty that negated an interception that would have made the last play a moot point. It's a whole lot easier just to join the parade of blaming it all on the refs... I do give tremendous credit to Coach Mike McCarthy for handling this game with the utmost class and professionalism.
