Do you see Ryle changing their style?

Not really myself, they are a run first and pass to keep you honest aren't they? Besides, I don't know of any concentrated effort in the feeder teams to develop a QB and WR core capable of changing the O. I would think the current O is very similar in style to Beechwoods and very similar to what you will see.

Do you see Ryle changing their style?

I am not sure how to approach this one. I saw Ryle twice last year and they tried to balance their offense. I think coaching at the 4A level (knowing you have to beat the likes of Trinity) is much different than coaching at Beechwood. Either way I expect big things from the Raiders offense in 2006.

The kid I saw warming up on the sidelines for Ryle in the only game I saw Ryle last year looked like he threw a nice ball. He was the backup that night against Dixie and did not play. I think its the kid that they started in their playoff game.

I met Bryson Warner at a certain resturant I work at after Yeagle resigned. He told me that he needed an OC. Coach Yeagle will do a fine job at Ryle. But I do have one question though. What if they struggle?? Is a lot of people calling for his job to give Yeagle a chance?? That would be something I wouldn't want to deal with.

Without the pressures of having to have great teams who just dominated at Beechwood and without the pressures of being head coach, I think Yeagle will return to his prime and Ryle will start making noise down state.

Does anyone know or could anyone find out if Yeagle got the letter that I mailed to him about a week ago?

Who wouldn't want the talent and experience of Yeagle on their staff? Maybe this is his way of "earning retirement years" before bolting to more lucrative sites in Ohio!

:argue:

This will be a big problem down the road for Coach Warner! Nothing against Yeagle, but having him on the staff is only going to cause problems on the field and in the stands. My advise to Coach Warner is to keep your place and position that you have established in the program. To many "chiefs" in the tribe is never good! One other thing, if Yeagle has not called an offense for some time, do not believe that he can do it now. People should not get caught up in the "name". Head coaches are only as good as their talent and staff. From what I have seen Yeagle had some great staffs and talent. Case in point, when he was "absent" the team kept moving forward.

Everyone knows that you should hire those to support you that can take your job regardless of your profession. If you can't do that then you need to seriously consider the stability of your job to begin with.

I heard Yeagle is going to start a football program at Walton - Verona. And if that happens that will be a drain on the 4A schools.

Someone told me last night that he heard that Yeagle will be the head coach once the new 4a school is built in Boone County somewhere.

What?? Who hires someone to take their job away from them? If this is your plan in life or business then you need to seek help. You hire to help futher their career, but not at your expense. Helping someone move upward and onward is the goal. I doubt that Yeagle needs this kind of help. I will state it again, if this move is true then their are going to be problems for Warner.

How would this be. I don't think Walton has open enrollment (I could be wrong) & also I think they are pretty much at capacity know.

The way I understand it is if you live in WV school district

and want to participate in a sport that is not offered at WV.

You may then attend the closest Boone County school district high school.

I am almost certain there is a female tennis player at Ryle who lives

in the WV district but attends Ryle and none of her parents work for

BC schools. There have also been discussions with school officials and

friends of mine about the same circumstance but different sport(football).

I think it would be a better fit at Conner.Stellman was contemplating retirement,

let Yeagle come in for a year or two as a coordinater. That would make for a smoother

transition.Plus Conner has only ever hired 2 varsity coaches from outside the schools

current coaching staff,C.Shannon girls basketball coach until this season and Bob Lewis

the only coach to lead them to a state championship.

Would it tarnish Yeagle's reputation a bit, if he did step in as a head coach at an NKY 4A school, and still not get over the Louisville hump?

MAybe, or just confirm in some peoples eyes that we just don't have the talent to compete with Louisville. ;)
