Also, the player who made the varsity wound up as a DI player and played pro ball in Eurpoe and Japan. He was in Jordan's class. They must have had an amazing run as Juniors and Seniors.

As was Coach K talking about how Chuck Daly threw the game when the college players beat the Dream Team and Bobby Hurley was talking about how they beat the Dream Team and he felt like they beat them straight up. Flash back to Coach K and he says,"they're young boys and they still believe in Santa Claus.". :lol: :lol: In the rematch the next day the Dream Team demolished the college team by 100 according to Coach K. I wonder how many times this was stated during basketball camps in the '90s? I know I heard quite a few HS speakers mention this during their inspirational speeches.
June 15, 201214 yr It wasn't Minor. I didn't recognize one guy in the photo until my buddy said it was Rodney Rogers. I had no idea he's now paralyzed. I was wondering. I saw George Raveling and assumed it was Minor. Rodney Rogers makes more sense. That was one heck of a college team.

On the one hand, it must have been nice to be able to have the freedom to walk anonymously. On the other hand, what a blow to your ego to play for the greatest team ever assembled and NO ONE recognizes you!
