Chuck Daly is the mastermind of the Jordan Rules defense in which the Pistons beat the absolute dog crap out of MJ every chance they could and Joe Dumars would guard MJ when they played. The Bulls and Pistons were bitter adversaries and MJ played a part in Isiah Thomas(Chuck Daly's floor general and best player) not being on the Dream Team even though Isiah deserved to be on the Dream Team. Despite all of that Chuck Daly and MJ were golf partners throughout the Olympics and MJ said that his relationship with Chuck was just as important to him as his relationship with the rest of the Dream Team. Chuck would schedule the team's practices around his and MJ's tee times. :lol:

Yeah, I hope you get a chance to see it sometime. I watched it one and a half times last night. Truly a great walk back through memory lane. Laettner deserved more tv time though. Poor fella is treated like he isn't a part of the team.

MJ is pompous, arrogant, cocky and why he is allowed a pass to act like he does and Kobe isn't? I'll never forget the Dream Team and watching them play and the hype and hysteria that surrounded them. I still think 2012 would beat them. We agree to disagree on that. I'd take Robinson and Ewing over Bosh and Howard down low. '08s only clear advantage was PG and SF, and I like my chances of Pippen causing many a problem for Lebron. Not to mention that '92 would absolutely own the boards.

MJ told Daly before he agreed to play he would only play in Thomas wasn't on the team.
