Cozart SS Stubbs CF Bruce RF Phillips 2B Heisey LF Frazier 3B Costanzo 1B Hanigan C Cueto P On the Bright side Cueto is pitching and at least Frazier, Cozart and Heisey are playing instead of Valdez, Ludwick and Cairo :lol: The Reds will still win all while getting Votto a day off...The funny thing is the Reds have the day off Tomorrow and another on Monday We knew he was going to get Stanzy a start, maybe he will produce or maybe Dusty knows he is going down and wanted to give the old kid a start after a long minor league journey...With Dusty who knows... Why not give Stubb's the day off? Move Heisey to CF, Put Frazier in LF and let Stanzy play 3B...Don't take your best player out with 2 off days right around the corner...Either way I still think the Reds win...

May 30, 201214 yr Author I would guess they did otherwise dusty would have put both of them in the lineup I was going more along the line that Dusty really had to be confused with the batting order. I'm sure somebody had to tell him that Costanzo didn't have to bat 3rd just because he was playing 1B.
May 30, 201214 yr Disappointing. I was hoping when I got on the thread I would not see the same silly dribble Lance McAlister was spouting all afternoon about Votto not playing. I have no problem with Votto getting the extra day. I have heard players say many times over the years how great it is to get that extra day and have two days in a row off. They say it makes a big difference getting two days off in a row. It is the perfect game to give Votto the night off. Cueto on the mound versus the Pirates. I really can not believe all the people complaining on the radio and on here about this.
