April 20, 201214 yr Chicago just happy to see him across the field in the visiting dugout. It is what it is.
April 20, 201214 yr Not unless MLB has changed the rules. Edit... I didn't realize Frazier PH for him at the time.
April 20, 201214 yr Stubbs likes hitting out of the 2 hole. 3 more hits today with 3 RBI, and 2 stolen bases. Apparently he is just swinging a good bat right now. He is not your typical 2 hitter.
April 20, 201214 yr Chapman is ridiculous. 9 IP 17 K's 0 BB 0 ER 3 H Would love to see him in the rotation sometime down the road but maybe they limit his innings now and don't have to later in the season.
April 20, 201214 yr Apparently he is just swinging a good bat right now. He is not your typical 2 hitter. It's a small sample size but he's a .352 career hitter in the 2 hole. I'm not sure if that included todays game or not. Dusty needs to leave him there for a while and see what he can do. Hitting in front of Votto can make anybody better...
April 20, 201214 yr Great start to the series for Cincy. Need to take 2 of 3, but 3 of 3 would actually make them 5 and 5 on this dreadful road trip, and after the Washington series who wouldn't have took that?

April 21, 201214 yr Stubbs likes hitting out of the 2 hole. 3 more hits today with 3 RBI, and 2 stolen bases. Give Dusty credit. Some people questioned putting Stubbs in the 2 slot. I thought it made sense because he would get good pitches to hit with Votto hitting behind him.
