Arkansas coach Petrino in Motocycle accident

According to the Courier journal he ran off the high way and crashed and was taken to a hospital. No information about the seriousness of injuries.

he university is releasing the following statement from Coach Petrino’s family.

 

“Coach Petrino was involved in a motorcycle accident on Sunday evening that involved no other individuals. He is in stable condition and is expected to make a full recovery. Our family appreciates respect for our privacy during the recovery and we are grateful for the thoughts of Razorback fans at this time.”

 

Jeff Long, director of athletics and vice chancellor, said he has been in touch with the Petrinos and added that he will consult with the family to provide additional information at a later time. Until then, there will be no further information or comment on the accident per the Petrinos’ request.

Very true, most motorcycle accidents I hear of involves very serious injuries and at times death. Glad to hear he is not seriously hurt.

Well, there's always more to the story.

 

He wasn't alone on the motorcycle. He had a 25 year old female with him. After the wreck he took her to her car and then called the police.

 

Oh yeah, the girl is scheduled to be married soon.

 

So..... Arkansas has placed Bobby P on administrative leave.

So wind and sun caused the wreck according to Petrino but his female passenger wasn't sure what caused it. Any one think it might have been too many hands near the front type of deal?
