Some of my thoughts:

How can UK hit 35 of 37 free throws against Indiana and then shoot bricks tonight?

And the 3rd foul on MKG, a charge, was as bogus as it gets. The defender was up in the air with MKG when their bodies collided.

I think MKG getting in early foul trouble threw UK off pace a little. If he stays in the game I think they have a 15 point halftime lead. But the refs won't call blocking fouls anymore.

I was really impressed with Louisville's offensive rebounding tonight. UK allowed them to get too many 2nd and 3rd attempts, but at times they simply outhustled the Cats.

Anthony Davis is now my all time favorite UK player (regardless what happens Monday night), replacing Dan Issel. He deserves every award he's getting. That kid wasn't going to allow UK to lose tonight.

Not mine......

I know I'm sensitive to this kind of stuff, but Jim Nantz acted like he was at a funeral when the game ended. And the two charges on MKG were two of the worst calls I've seen in a while. Totally changed the game.

Post game quote from Rick:

“I am not going to lie to you; I haven’t liked all of these Kentucky teams. But I really like this one. They are a great group of guys.”

See he even has to tell you when he's not lying.

You have to admit that "thinner than Peyton Siva's line beard" is funny. Don't you?

Well the joke was disregarded the first time you said it, even by UK fans on here. Everyone is loving your humor. PLEASE keep it coming, I need it.

I REALLY like Behanan.

Poor job by CBS on replays. Teague got called for an offensive foul while driving and we never saw a replay be ause we saw 7 different angles of a Davis dunk.

A few thoughts after the game:

- Anthony Davis is by far the best player in America. Hard not to like him.

- MKG is another the one that is fun to watch. Kid plays with a lot of heart and emotion, without seeming too cocky.

- UK will not lose to either team in the other semi-final.

- Saw flashes of what Wayne Blackshear could be for the Cardinals.

- Dieng looked lost for the first 10 minutes of the game, that really hurt Louisville.

- I still love the way Russ plays. Kid is absolutely fearless, and you need a guy like that.

- Glad that Kyle Kuric got to play in a Final Four in his senior season. Very well deserved. He will be missed.

- The future looks bright for Louisville. They return Siva, Russ Smith, Blackshear, Behanan, Dieng, Marra, Van Treese.

Jay Bilas tweet: Whole lotta charges called in this game. Most, if not all of them, were blocks. The charge/block call is out of control.

I'm not going to lie, I don't care. OK, now back to lying Louisville really earned my respect tonight.

I REALLY like Behanan.

He's a monster.... Can't wait to see his improvement in the off season.

I was at a local sports bar this evening and all I can say is that the UK fans are the most obnoxious, threatening and arrogant fans I have ever seen. I could care less about who won but the UK fans constantly badgered and humiliated the UL fans (maybe 5 of them) all evening. Watching their behavior would make me proud to be a UK fan! Show some class you Idiots!!!!! :puke:

Oh please, please, please, UofL fans please like us. We need your approval. We love your two faced, lying coach no matter how many times he insults UK, it's fans, or the teams he coached at UK. We are begging you.

"We gonna shocked the world"

"Once we get to the final four it's gonna be a piece of cake"

and there is just to many ignorant quotes from Chris Smith to post them all.

I've been a die hard UK fan for 35 years and I have never felt insulted by Rick Pitino.I appreciate what He did for UK basketball and it's fans while He was at UK.The only thing I have ever felt insulted by is so called UK fans that can't win or lose with class!:thumb:

Pitino mentioned all the guys coming back. If they are so good, won't some enter the draft?

Well the TV crew said Dieng was the best player in the game for either team.

There isn't one person on UL's roster right now ready for the NBA. Not even close, IMO.
