April 1, 201214 yr I do find it ironic that a Dukie is leading the charge against the charge (pun intended).
April 1, 201214 yr Pitino mentioned all the guys coming back. If they are so good, won't some enter the draft? They may not be ready for the NBA and maybe they are more committed to their team which is what college basketball should be all about. The one and done will evidentually catch up with UK, enjoy it while you can. Look at Coach Cal's track record, I think that speaks for itself! Can you see forfeits or probation in the near future and Coach Cal moving on? With UK having 5 players who may be going, the game should not have been this close. Congrats to Coach Pitino and his players for looking at the big picture and showing some committment to their school.
April 1, 201214 yr No. Siva's not ready. Dieng wants his degree first. Chane's not ready. Blackshear needs at least another season. Russ isn't ready. Justice isn't ready. Nunez isn't ready. You are right, but don't be shocked if at least one tests the waters.

April 1, 201214 yr Michael Corleone ... I believe this is the playmate you are looking for. Nice
April 1, 201214 yr Who? That's what I was wondering too, although I do think Dieng would get drafted.

April 1, 201214 yr That's what I was wondering too, although I do think Dieng would get drafted. I still think he's a little too green... I think even just one more year would greatly improve his stock, especially if he continues to improve as much as he has in his first two seasons.
April 1, 201214 yr Coach Cal offered Davis the starting PG position if he returns next year................
April 1, 201214 yr Who? If I had to pick one, I would say Siva. He should stay and I don't believe that he would hear anything that should lead him to declare. Dieng would get drafted, but doubt he's interested at this time.

It's not real hard to be "committed" to your school when your not good enough to go to the pro's anyway! The Cardinals deserve props for staying in the game with less talent, but don't act like the Cardinal players are committed to the school, they are not ready for pro ball, at least not yet.
April 1, 201214 yr I still think he's a little too green... I think even just one more year would greatly improve his stock, especially if he continues to improve as much as he has in his first two seasons. I don't disagree at all. I'm just saying I think he could get drafted if he did come out. He needs a lot of work on his offensive game, but defensively, he's very good.
April 1, 201214 yr That's what I was wondering too, although I do think Dieng would get drafted. I agree. I was surprised that Dieng wasn't projected on any of the mock drafts I have seen. I would guess it is his offensive game that is holding him back.
