Accumulations of 3 to 6 inches are expected across central Kentucky with localized higher amounts possible. Across far southern Kentucky, north central Kentucky and portions of southern Indiana, 1 to 4 inches are expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. * WHERE...Portions of central Kentucky. * WHEN...This evening through Monday morning. Heaviest snow overnight. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions including during the morning commute on Monday. Be prepared for significant reductions in visibility at times. Expect northeast winds gusting 20 to 30 mph at times. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible.
