Ill give a shout out to the D-linemen of Lex Cath. It consists of Zach Yoko, Copper Maguire, Jacob Clarkson, Clark Brooks, Andres Rodriguez and Will Hogan. They have done a great job this year controlling the line of scrimage. They have also done a great job of making plays and busting plays up. Great Job so far.

IMO is that catholic didnt play bad at all. They did some good things right and they made some mistakes. If you get those bugs worked out this team could be great. Defense played well tonight keeping them out of the endzone. Offense played pretty well in the running game and will need to work on some block in the back penalties. They have a chance to be a good team if they start firing on all cylindars and the cut some mental mistakes down. They improved from last week.

A reason for some of the low scoring is there were 4 ints by LCHS Qb (1 coming on the 5 yard line). Also the refs called back alot of big runs by the knights (one of them was a touchdown and another about a 50 yard run). Also the knights could have scored at the very end of the game of the 5 yard line but did take a victory snap.

You guys are missing the point of the whole theard. Its NOT for Trinity and St X fans. This is for if you are NOT either of the teams fans and you would like to talk about the game.

I have played both teams. IMO X has the better d line. T has the better linebackers. Take ur pick on the secondary. On offense I think X has the better RB and Qb. O-line play is close as well. X-31 T-28 Last minute field goal.

Thoughts?

Very close game tonight. Lex Cath came out strong and returned the opening kick off (winston guy). Boyle played a heck of a football game tonight with a lot of passion. All I know is that Boyle's backup QB is a real good athlete that can run very well. The story for Lex Cath was a lot, I mean a lot of penalties. Also to contribute Lex Cath coughed the ball up twice on Boyle Co's 3 yard line. Alot to learn for Lex Cath next week. Good luck to Boyle Co and we hope to see you all later.

Finch by far....a good, solid, fast, big back that doesnt shy away from contact and likes to get north with the ball. Great speed for his size. If im picking one for my highchool fantasy team, im picking duece with my pick.

Why does Mrh think that Boyle should be in the top 25. He has i think now asked that in 2 polls. Mrh, Boyle is 0-4 right now. Even though they have had the 4 hardest games, this still doesnt make them in the top of the state when you lose all 4 of the games.

Very suprised to see Lex Cath at number 2 in the 4A. All other polls have them number 1 by alot.

I am thinking that this game will not be to close of a game. Isreal will be back for Lexcath this week and Boyle co. Qb I hear will be out this week with a collar bone injury.

Told you all St X was good. They got alot of there starters back for the catholic game and look what they did to a very good LC team. If you judged ST X on the Ballard game or the Oldham game you would be sadley mistaken on how good the football team really is. Good job St X and good luck.
