Great game tonight for both teams. Hats off to HC playing as hard as they did with all that has happened this season. Good game for LC's defense. A shutout is amazing. LC' s offense can be dangerous. Had five turnovers tonight. If they can minimize the turnovers, they could be really good offensive team. Anyways great win for LC. Going to Papa Johns. -

Bell did have more turnovers. Any turnover is crucial in the game. Ward did have alot of time to throw. On the scramble play on which they scored before half, he probably held on to the ball for 9-12 seconds before hitting his reciever for the touchdown. -

Lexington Catholic at Harrison County

Catholic by far played its worst game of the season against Harrison Co the first time. We turned the ball over 5 times compared to I think 0 of Harrison Co. Lex Caths D played very well the first time. The O struggled with its turnovers. Granted Lex Cath still won by 14, it should be a good game. -

I for one was wondering about the catch that was made also. We went back and watched the film from last nights game and he did make the catch with 2 feet in bounds. Very nicely done. Also if you all remember the call of a catch by the tight end when it looked to hit the ground. That also was a catch as well. He had both hands under the ball and it was cleanly caught. -

Yea he actually had plenty of time. He had his WR wideopen in the middle of the field. The defender just totally dropped a ball that hit him dead in the numbers. -

Good game for the knights. Defense still is playing exceptional. I think that they probably had 5 sacks vs Boyle tonight. Knights offense I think has really hit stride with Israel back to full strength and Ward playing well. I feel as if though there were a couple points left on the field. One fumble in Boyle's territory and 1 holding penalty in which LC scored but it was called back. All in all a good game though. Bell Co next week. -
Boyle Co vs Lexington Catholic

Stats about anything mean really nothing in highschool football. Back in 05' Bowling Green had the best defense and the 2nd best offense, and look what Catholic did. That was back in 05' though. About Lincoln making noise in the playoffs. It is the first round playoff games. Almost every decent team made it to the second round. The first round means nothing! -

First meeting between these two teams with a very close game. LC's offense was not in stride at all during this game. Having 13 penalties in the first half. Also to add to penalties, they had 2 fumbles inside BC's 5 yard line and 1 int on BC's 20 yard line. LC's Defense played a very good game and was the main reason they got out of that game with a W. Looks to be another good game at LC's house.
