I get paid ZERO but passed a background check. Am I qualified? Seriously, I get what you are saying. I have heard some coaches getting paid between 2 and 3 grand for the season.

8th grade Twenhofel lost to IHM in double overtime sudden death also. Losing 2 games in a row like that....what are the chances?

To be clear...I am not saying he is not the best 8th grader in NKY. I saw him play 3 quarters this fall, maybe I caught him on an off day. I have not seen him or a lot of other NKY players enough to make that judgment.

IF we are talking about the same kid, he scored 6 points and fouled out in the 3rd quarter playing against a school team. Then his dad stomped off and they both left before the game was over. He is a very good player but I think he is being overhyped. That is if we are talking about the same kid...which I think we are.

What number did he wear for the Warriors? And are we talking about the 8th grade session at soas?

I do not have any problem with them using this as a fundraiser for their program, however 5bucks seems a little steep. I also agree about not liking the way the games are run. If they want to do a running clock that is fine but timeouts and freethrows should stop the clock. My sons team will play in this scrimmage this coming weekend. I will give parents a heads up to not bring the whole family or grandparents. Really it is a glorified practice for a team that will play close to 40 regular games.

Is Darlington back?

I believe The Erlanger Classic is played at Tichenor and Lloyd. It is played more as a scrimmage than a real game. Each team gets 2 games.

He does live in Kenton County so I guess with open enrollment he could go to Simon Kenton.:laugh:

McGinnis goes to Blessed Sacrament and I have heard he is not playing school basketball. Not sure if that is true. Tyler Fleek from St. Joe Crescent Springs should be on the list too. Quentin Becker from IHM should have a good year also.

I was told that he would not play today. Exact wording was "still gimpy".

Is Hentz healthy? After hearing good things about him last year I would have thought he would have got a chance the last few weeks.

I believe Conner's freshman QB is Cooper Guillon. My son and I ran into him before a basketball game last year. I would guess that he was 6'1, and 165 lbs. As we all know that kids change quickly at this age, so he could be much bigger this year.

Yes. His first snap was when Dressman got injured. I believe he ran for a TD on that snap. Probably only got 5 to 10 snaps because it was very late in the game when he got in.
