I don't think Gallatin played their best game. If they would have played defense in the first half like they did in the second half this might have been a 35+ win. I am not taking anything away from the Panthers but Gallatin didn't put together two good halves.

Whats wrong with the old ball coach giving congratulations to Owen for a tough win over a nice Henry Co. team. If I'm not mistaken any District win is big in the seeding process.

The difference in this game IMO was Gallatin's defense in the second half. When the Cats turned up the pressure, the (young) Panthers wilted. I would have liked to hear what Coach Jones said to his players at halftime to get them so fired up on defense. Congrats to the Panthers for playing so hard to keep this game as close as they did.

No upset, those rankings you talked of mean nothing when it comes to playing the game. The higher seed and the team who won the supposed "it's tough to beat the same team 3 times in one year," cliche proved who the better team and the favorite should have been and was.

I feel sorry that Holmes has to be involved in a long drawn out process to get a player eligible. No seriously I do.
