It would be a much better world if Coach Lutrell had the chance to touch all the youth this great nation has to offer. I hope you land back in coaching and fast because the kids of today need you more than one can understand. Corbin has a very fine ball club, but I will take the rest of the 13th come tournament if somebody wants Corbin? Sounds reasonable since Corbin is so good. Rims get tight come tourny time. Anybody up for this?

My opinion is that BASKETBALL as a whole is down as it has been for the last couple of years. Take Corbin out of the mix and HC could beat the rest on a given night out of the 13th. However, several could beat them as well. HC will keep on improving and they will keep getting better. HC is young and with Jones we will get to were we need to be. Maybe not this year, or next but just remember we will get there. As for the city you can decide for yourself.

Or unless the city plays the county!lol

You are correct, they did not. I really don't care but what is fair for one should be fair for all. If the shoe was switched, the county would be called a bunch of low life county people. Maybe the KHSAA needs to include in the policy- Playoff, bowl games and when the city plays the county! lol

Played pretty poor or not, a win is a win. I thought for the entire night the Bears did pretty well. We won the JV game. We won the Varsity game. Our Student section out screamed the green. Our Cheerleaders out performed Harlan and I also think our popcorn is better at our home games! Go Black Bears!

Bell will win both times this year.

The 13th has been known to have problems in the past, but this year seems to take the cake! Refs are more concerned with the fans in the stands than what is going on out on the floor. I feel for the region who gets the 13th in the trade. How can you pick up on " get in the game ref" if you are into the game. I have been to three games in the last 5 days and the ref had words with fans from both schools cheering their team on. It is almost funny but sad in so many ways! Get the chip off your shoulder and get your head in the game and do what you are getting paid for! Fans can have a opinion and they do pay to get in the game as long as they are under control they should be able to cheer.

The one's that are getting it done in the weightroom and who are going above and beyond during this offseason. I know of one who is doing road work before school and then lifting during the day at football. Thats is what we need from a few more. Maybe it will carry over to some others. Work in the offseason equals wins in the regular season!:thumb: If it were easy everybody would be good?

Classic Coach Jones comments. He will break these kids down and build them back up and the Bears will be a tough out towards the end of the year. If and only if these kids hang tough, take constructive comments and work to get better. Only time will tell, Rome wasn't built in a day and the best is yet to come.

Excellent point! They are MANY REASONS to hold a kid back that has nothing to do with sports. It is a wise thing to do for MOST kids. To answer your question, PARENTS ARE A LOST ART IN TODAYS WORLD. jUST LOOK AROUND AT OUR COUNTRY AND THE SHAPE ITS IN!
