There are two weeks before the JV Tournament starts in NO. KY. What are some of the records of the JV teams?

I thought it was the 3B umpire, meaning he had a very good view of the ball. I was sitting behind the plat and had a pretty good view of the 3B line. Of course being that far from where the ball hit, I might be incorrect. I thought it looked fair.

You are correct Kentonman. This is the first year since Holy Cross started the Freshman team that 8 th graders were allowed to tryout. 12 Freshmen signed up, 8 stuck it out. No Freshmen were cut. Numbers are down on all 3 levels this year. Don't know why.

Talked to Andy's father a couple weeks ago. Don said Andy's shoulder is fine and didn't anticipate any problems. He should play 1B when not pitching.

Holy Cross should be in the mix. With a young pitching staff anchored by seniors Roenker and Egan, along with the JV regional runner-up players, should contend late.
