GS -I believe Paris will play Montgomery Co a good game. Clark should handle Bourbon easy but you can't never tell. After seeing Lewis Co beat Greenup Co tonight ,anything can happen.:ylsuper:

Lewis Co played hard and pulled this one off. Marty Ruggles played as well as I have ever seen him, having an excellent game doing it all, Whitten(spelling?) hit those threes all night long and Enix did an excellent job on the boards and blocking shots and so did Britt. The rest also played good. Congratulations to Coach Hampton and the Lions.:dancingpa

Except for the district losers in the finals , you are out when you lose.

I wasn't real familiar with the names of boys on the team, but they had a guard that looked very good. I just took for granted that was him. I thought they passed the ball as well as any team I've seen this year and I've sure seen a lot of the top teams play. Well coached!!!!!!

If everyone in a district would not play one another ,home and away , you would be forced to draw, because you wouldn't have a basis for a seed.

I saw him play over at Georgrtown in the Classic. I was very impressed with him ,the team and thought they were well coached.:banana:

Rose Hill, you should make those contracts about $500 and those teams wouldn't do that. It's a shame teams do that.:ylsuper:

Trevor Setty is one super 3 point shooter. I would rather see him shoot if I needed a 3 over anyone mentioned. If I need a 2 ,I go with Miller or Knowles. Haven't seen Pelle play.

He was only kidding when he made that comment and I thought it was funny but had no logic. I've been around sports all my life and have seen a lot of strange behavior from some parents.

My son coached some and he always said "You know basketball is a great game and it would be a really fun game for the boys if the parents weren't allowed to go to the games".:laugh:

I'm sure if Clark Co hadn't had a key player hurt and an 8th grader on the varsity that doesn't play frosh ball ,they could have won this tournament. Clark beat Harrison easily with those two boys in 7th and 8th grades. :ylsuper:
