Best name in your school's history

Featured Replies

Who had the best name at your school? For Bracken I say it has to go to Roe Dale Lang who played from 67-68. Who was the kid in the mid-90's from Mason... last name Payne I think?

athletes only please... and YES kashawka payne... I remember someone doing a rap song for WFTM about one of Mason's regional title teams in the 90's-- good stuff.

I played against a guy from Paintsville named Kiato Bangudi in the early 90's.

Also, Marin Mandolovich at Elkhorn City was a pretty good one.

OJ Mayo is quite a memorable name.

O.J. Mayo - Rose Hill Christian School (6th grade through 9th grade, I think)

Boots Smallwood - Cawood

Ben Franklin - Oneida Baptist

Tim Couch/Leslie County...that count ?

Chad Meade/Leslie

or is it supposed to be a weird name ?

It's supposed to be an UNUSUAL/MEMORABLE name.

I play against a Stevie Stevens and a Gary Gray!

I would say at Augusta it could be Raul Mercado

Michael Jackson- Clay County

Perry Mason- Bell County

Johnny Mathis- Male
