Just curious as to how many Lady Panther games you have attended this year? Record is 6-8 with several games left and a lot of progress being made. Shouldn't judge a team based on one night's performance when you have yet to be in the Den or anywhere else this year to watch the Lady Panthers. -
If Coach True can keep the Rogers' sisters mentally tough Clark Co. will be at the top this year. The team is playing well this summer.

I agree. I thought Bishop Brossart was peaking at the right time. But that is why the play the game. It's a whole new season now. Bishop Brossart has nothing to hang their heads about this season. Nice work guys. -

Mason County 75 Augusta 37

I agree I wouldn't read too much into Mason Co. FT% tonight. A lot of respect displayed tonight by both teams. Mason Co. by utilizing their bench players, not pressing a lot, and going to a zone defense most of the game. Augusta by wearing the black memorial band on the left shoulder in memory of Pauline Fay who passed away Saturday morning. (Mason Co. Head Coach Paula Buser's mother) A classy act by both teams involved tonight. Best of Luck Mason Co. Lady Royals. -
39th District draw
Coach In The Stands replied to mhighfield's topic in KY Boys Basketball (High School)
Simply put, it's the luck of the draw. Besides, St. Pat has recently had two great opportunities to make it to the regional tournament with Owens and Anderson as well as several other key players. St. Pat was the better team last year and couldn't get the job done. Nor the year before. Augusta beat them when it counted. No one will benefit from seeding as long as there are three Class A schools and one 3 or 4A school. -
10th Region Hall of Fame

Couldn't agree more Give & Go 83. Need to honor those "old timers" who got girl's basketball started. Because of them, coaches and players of today have a lot more opportunities. Jenny Randall was a player back in her day. If I remember correctly didn't she go to the University of South Carolina? Speaking of fomer teams in the 10th region what about Fleming Co. as well as Estill? Players for Fleming like Drucy Conners, etc. -

Officiating does not determine the outcomes. Big time playmakers determine the outcomes. Preston Knowles was the big time playmaker today, not Darius Miller. That's the bottom line. And it 's okay. Mason Co. can't win them all. The best team on the floor today came out ahead when the final buzzer sounded. -

If not mistaken this lady you are referring to is possibly the head coach of Scott High's mother. She was doing no wrong. For crying out loud she is one little senior citizen lady simply having a good time and supporting her team. She said nothing directly to Clark Co.'s crowd. She simply stood up and cheered on her team. Very rude for the young boys to cause a scene as they did. Very disrespectful and no class at all. You seen who the law addressed the problem with didn't you. It wasn't the elderly lady becuse she was minding her own business unitl the teenagers starting harrassing her. I would have pushed them out of my way as well. It's a free country we can sit anywhere we wish in a gym. The students at Clark Co. should respect their elders. She truly was causing no harm. I wished my grandmother could attend a basketball game and support her team as this lady did, regardless of which side she may chose to sit on. -
