No it's not just another school. But if your the head coach at any school and are succesfull where you are you don't leave and take a job that would be in the opposite direction your trying to take your career. I don't care what school it is, it would be foolish to do. As far as promising them a possible head coaching job in the future, that's not something UK will ever do either. If your the head coach at UK, there are no promises you will be there from one year to the next. So they're surely not going to promise an assistant coach (or anyone for that matter) a future head coaching job.

Why would anyone leave a head coaching job to go to another school just to recruit? That would be a terrible career move.

Noone has the athletes that HHS has. I've seen a few of their games this year, and at times it seems like they just toy with teams. They'll be up by 30, then let a team get within 10-12 points, five minutes later they're back up by 30. It just depends how hard they come out and play I guess, but IMO there isn't a team in this state that can play within 30 points of them when they play a complete game.

We'll see. HHS made their 30 point win against Lex Cath look easy, it could have been worse.
